Creating a Jilipp account is quick and straightforward. Head to our Register page, fill in your name, mobile number, and a secure password, then verify your number via the OTP sent to your phone. Once verified, your account is active and ready to use. The whole process takes less than three minutes.

Yes. You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on Jilipp, in line with Philippine gaming regulations. We take this seriously and may ask for a valid government-issued ID to verify your age during account verification. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be suspended immediately.

No. Each player is allowed only one account. Having multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and can result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses. GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph deposits are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay usually go through in 15–30 minutes. PESONet transfers are processed within the same banking day for transactions made before 3 PM on weekdays. If your deposit hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, contact our support team with your reference number.

Jilipp does not charge any deposit fees on its end. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. For example, some banks charge a small fee for InstaPay transfers. We recommend checking your payment provider's fee schedule before transacting.

Withdrawals

Log in to your Jilipp account and go to the Cashier section. Select "Withdraw," choose your preferred method (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, etc.), enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure your account is fully verified beforehand, as unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. This applies across all withdrawal methods. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional identity confirmation for security purposes.

Most withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within 30 minutes to 1 hour. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and UnionBank via InstaPay typically arrive within the hour during business hours. PESONet transfers may take up to one business day. Jilipp processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays.
